REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Vintage and Pre-loved items have had a past life,
may have minor traces of Use and show signs of wear which is part of their heritage and charm,.
any major flaws will be described and photographed where possible., please always read descriptions.
Items described as Vintage are sold as seen and we are always able to provide further measurements

We will happily exchange an item within 7 days of you receiving the item and you notifying us of any issues.
PLEASE RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS AND SEND TRACHED.
REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED MONDAYS-FRIDAYS 8AM-4PM,
PLEASE ALLOW US A FEW DAYS TO PROCESS, WE REFUND THE FULL COST OF THE ITEM MINUS POSTAGE
