26.5" waist | 1” below the waist band it measures at 28” which is roughly a UK (10) | hips 40" | 40" length

-ALTERATIONS-

** we can move the hook and eye which will make this a 28” waist

**The popper can be removed and I will add two hook & eyes edge to edge at the waist band which makes the waist a neat/fitted 28” with a 0.5” gap above the zipper head as a small key hole detail.

some light pulls as to be expected with this fabric. does not detract and isn't noticeable with the pattern.
