G PLAN Fresco | Kofod Larsen Teak Desk/Dresser Restored (Delivery NOT Included)*

A modernist teak desk by G Plan, a beautifully considered design and an icon of Mid Century the period.

Designed as part of the Fresco range in the mid 1960s.

The red foil G Plan label inside the top drawer.

Quality craftsmanship with dovetail joints throughout.

The floating desk top is an innovative design that provides a large working area and desk space as well as lots of storage, there is a section for paperwork under the top with a cubby hole either side.

The top has a secret drawer that's lined in purple velvet and is sectioned.

The drawers feature a book matched teak grain to the front and ergonomic solid teak handles

High quality craftsmanship with dovetail joints throughout and softly rounded edges.

The desk is in excellent vintage condition with just the slightest sign of use, some light dings to the edges.

Was originally a dressing table.

Excellent vintage condition.

The top has been sanded, oiled, polished and looks great, really good condition. The grain throughout the piece is stunning.

It has a couple of very tiny marks bit nothing that affects the overall appearance of the piece has you can see from the photos.

It's structurally very sound with no issues.

Drawers run well.

Velvet has been cleaned and refreshed.

The back has been cleaned / polished.

Two dings on the inner left side and one on the front leg - barely noticeable. Just noting for clarity.

The items are vintage and have been used, please remember that there will be signs of use.
