A stunning modernist vase made in Portugal, Elpa Alcobaca, circa 60s.

A beautiful minimalist shape with curvy lines and a hole detail to the centre finished in a matt earthy toned dark terracotta colour.

This is a numbered piece with the classic stamp to the base and the raw pottery vase which shows signs of age of wear.

This beautiful vase cane be used to make unique floral arrangements and looks like an Ikebana vase whilst also displaying well as a unique sculptural object in its own right.

27cm height | 15cm width | 9cm depth

-Notes-

no chips/cracks/crazing. This has been hand finished and so shows signs of the making process such as an inclusion, a long mark in the surface which has been glazed over. A point o note which adds to the unique quality of a handmade piece.
