A fluid pen and ink sketch of a man e reclining man with floral detailing.

This has been mounted with come vintage newspapers which we have replaced in the back as it was found.

-About the Artist-

Gregorio Prieto Muñoz (2 May 1897 – 14 November 1992) was a Spanish painter associated with the Generation of '27.

Lived in exile in England for 13 years during which this print was produced. In these English years, Prieto received just recognition as an exceptional draftsman. The nostalgia present in his work, his perfect and clean line, together with his love and link with poetry, give him the nickname of The Line Poet.

The paper has warped, with some spotting which are light however they are visible, not a pristine print however we feel this adds to the look. We are not selling this as a srestored piece.

Frame has been painted red and remounted with tape .

Ready to hang.
